Lucille) (Beverly) Sisnero Jan. 29, 1926 - Feb. 28, 2016 Visalia Lucille was born on January 29, 1926 and passed away on February 28, 2016. Lucille was the daughter of John & Laura Coberly of San Diego, CA. Lucille married Joe B. Sisnero on March 29, 1980 in Visalia. After 15 years of marriage, Joe passed away in 1995. Lucille moved to Visalia in 1940 and graduated from Visalia Union High School in 1943. She went to work for Pacific Telephone Company in 1943 and retired after 39 years of service in 1982. Lucille is preceded in death by her father, John Coberly in 1971 and her mother, Laura Coberly in 1964, her sister, Helen Wade in 2002. Lucille is survived by 2 cousins. Lucille was a member of Gateway Church (formerly known as First Baptist Church), Telephone Pioneers of America and Visalia Christian Ministries. Lucille loved her dog Sandy and her cat Mandy very much. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to Valley Oak SPCA or Visalia Christian Ministries. A special thank you to Park Visalia for 9 years of excellent care. Funeral services will be held on March 7, 2016 at Miller Memorial at 10AM.
