Barbara Lee Edwards Foster Pennington June 7, 1943 - Nov. 8, 2015 Pioneertown, CA Barbara was born June 7, 1943, to John and Fae Edwards in Los Banos, CA. After John returned from WWII, the family moved to Woodlake CA, where Barbara attended Elementary School. In 1955, her parents purchased the Lindsay Bakery and the family moved to Lindsay. She graduated from Lindsay High in 1961. Barbara met and married Albert Foster in November of 1962. They had 2 children, Colleen and Dan and lived in Visalia. She and Al worked side by side and founded "Fosters Air Conditioning and Heating" service & opened up a local cookie shop, "The Kooky, Kookie Factory". She was an active member of the Visalia Lady Lions. When Al passed away in early 2000, Barbara was blessed to find love a second time with her high school sweetheart, William Wesley Pennington. They married in October 2003 and established a home and horse ranch in Pioneertown, CA. Barbara left us for Heaven on November 8, 2015, surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded on her journey by her parents, John and Fae Edwards and her first husband, Albert Foster. She is survived by her husband (William) Wes Pennington, her daughter Colleen Foster Sheets and her husband Sean, of Ok; and her son Dan Foster and his wife Leslie of Riverside, CA; granddaughters', Sabrina Tierce of Washington and Emerson Foster of Riverside; a great granddaughter Ashley Tierce; her sister Carol Edwards Padilla-Dau and husband Peter of Madera; and brother John Edwards and wife Linda of Colorado Springs, CO.
